Bad breath in the morning: Brushing and sleeping at night should be a part of our daily routine, but it is not followed nowadays. Many people have bad breath when they wake up in the morning after going to bed after brushing at night. This is a very common problem but you are not the first person to go through this situation. Bad breath usually comes from the food you eat. In fact, bits of food get stuck in your teeth and get stuck in your mouth overnight, causing bad breath in the morning.
