In addition, there were no significant changes in weight, adiposity, insulin or lipid profiles as well as blood pressure after eating mango.
These studies revealed increased cardiometabolic risk factors in overweight and obese individuals after eating mangoes. Some experts say that eating mangoes not only reduces weight but also increases weight. Basically, mangoes are high in calories and carbs, which leads to weight gain.
According to experts, eating mango does not reduce weight. You can eat about 1 to 2 slices of mango daily to gain weight. However, consumption of mango in large quantities should be avoided. If you eat a lot of mango then you will not lose weight.
