Do not throw lentils, make this special breakfast
If the night pulse is left out, then it does not taste good in the morning. Most of the people do not like to eat stale lentils. But this stale lentils can be helpful in your breakfast. You can also use the left over lentils to make paratha or poori for breakfast.
- 3 cups wheat flour
- leftover lentils
- 3 whole green chilies finely modified
- 1 onion finely chopped
- Green coriander finely chopped
- salt to taste
- oil or ghee
Take a big bowl and knead the flour in it. Add lentils, green chillies, coriander, onion and salt to it and mix. Now make paratha dough. Then make small rotis and make round or triangular parathas from the rotis. Heat a non stick tava (griddle) on the gas. Put some oil or ghee on the pan. Now put medium gas in it and fry the paratha. When it is cooked, take it out in a plate. You can serve this hot paratha with curd, chutney or pickle.
