Beetroot is rich in many vitamins, consume it like this
Many people keep spoiling their mouth after seeing the beat. But if its special dish is made then it is possible that you can eat it easily. By eating beetroot, the body gets natural sugar and BP remains under control. Beetroot is a good source of B vitamins, vitamin C, phosphorus, calcium, protein and oxidants. The elements found in it purify the blood and help in increasing oxygen in the body. You can get many benefits by eating beet juice, salad and pudding. One beetroot a day would be appropriate.
This is how beetroot pudding is made
Beetroot – 300 grams
Ghee – 2-3 tbsp
Sugar – 100 grams
Cashew – 10-12 tbsp
Almonds – 8-10 tbsp. better milk
Raisins – 1
First wash the beets. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Now heat the pan and put 2 tbsp ghee in it. Melt the ghee, add almonds and cashews and fry them lightly. Take out the roasted dry fruits in a plate. Now put 2 tbsp ghee in the pan and mix it. Add grated beets to it and fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. After 3 minutes add milk to it. If so, climb on it for 5-6 minutes. Now stir the mixture. Keep stirring the halwa little by little. Now add cardamom powder and mix well. Fry the halwa by stirring continuously till it becomes thick, now add sugar to it. Also add raisins and they will swell together in beet juice. Keep stirring the halwa continuously so that it does not stick.
When the halwa becomes thick like halwa, add dry fruits to it. Keep some dry fruits for garnishing. Make a powder by grinding cardamom together. Now mix all the things well. Halwa will be ready in 25 minutes. Take out the halwa in a box. Rich in taste and health, Beetroot Halwa is ready. Add nuts on top. When it cools down, you can keep it in the freezer and use it for 7 days.
When you make the pudding, you can increase or decrease the sugar as per your preference.
To make the halwa faster, bake it in a wide bowl.
