Ingredients for Papad Curry

6 papad

1 tsp coriander powder

1 medium tomato

1 inch ginger

salt as required

1 tsp red chili

1/2 cup potatoes

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp powdered sugar

6 tbsp mustard oil

 

How to make Papad Curry

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry the papads till they become golden and crispy. Take it out in a plate.

In the same oil add cumin seeds and fry for a minute.

Add potato pieces and fry till golden.

Make a paste of tomato and ginger. Pour the paste into the pan.

Mix everything and add coriander powder.

Add salt and water as per your requirement. Add water according to how thin you want the curry to be.

Lastly add papad.

Serve this curry with rice or poli.

You can also add grated paneer if you want.

Don’t forget to add coriander at the end.
