According to a research, if a person does not get enough sleep for two nights, then it affects his personality. Researchers from Stockholm University have done research on this. For this research, doctors studied 25 people. One of the groups was asked to sleep soundly for two nights. The other group was asked to sleep only four hours for two nights. Both groups were photographed without makeup during the study. They showed these photos to 122 unknown people and asked who they considered active, healthy, enthusiastic and reliable. This time many people gave different answers.

But most of them reacted negatively to those who slept only four hours. So those who had finished their sleep had the most excitement and happiness on their faces. Researchers claim that people who sleep on time are healthier and more energetic. Researchers also say that it makes people more positive about your personality. That’s why doctors recommend eight hours of sleep at night to bring about a positive change in your personality.
