KRK: Arrest warrant issued again against Kamal R Khan for making objectionable remarks on actor Manoj Bajpayee

On the other hand, Kamal R Khan is seen in trouble and he can be arrested as well. The district court of Indore, Madhya Pradesh has issued an arrest warrant against him.

Actually, Kamal Rashid Khan aka KRK had made an objectionable comment on Manoj Bajpayee, one of the talented actors of Bollywood. KRK had called Manoj Bajpayee ‘charsi and drug addict’ on social media. Manoj Vajpayee found this comment very objectionable and he filed a defamation case against KRK at Indore police station. In this case, the Indore District Court has issued an arrest warrant against KRK for not appearing in the court. Bajpai’s lawyer Paresh Joshi gave this information on Friday.

The next hearing in the case will be on May 10.
Bajpayee’s lawyer Joshi said that on his client’s application, after hearing both the sides, the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) on Thursday issued an arrest warrant against KRK and took him to the court. His arraignment was set for May 10. Let us tell you that in the application filed in the court, it was said on behalf of Bajpai that KRK is fully aware of the defamation case going on in the district court of Indore, but he deliberately appeared in the court. The matter is allegedly being delayed.

On the other hand appealed in JMFC on behalf of KRK. It has been urged to stay the pending proceedings in the District Court against him as a petition has been filed on his behalf in the Supreme Court, in which he is expected to get relief. JMFC was also informed by KRK that he was suffering from cancer. Significantly, on 13 December 2022, the Madhya Pradesh High Court had dismissed the petition filed by Bajpai to dismiss the defamation case filed against KRK in the Indore District Court.
