You must remember the controversy over the poster of the recent documentary film ‘Kali’. In the poster of this film, Maa Kali was shown smoking a cigarette, along with a flag of the LGBTQ community. Due to which there was a lot of controversy in the whole country. The controversy surrounding the poster of ‘Kaali’ is not yet completely over that a new debate has broken out regarding the poster of the Bollywood film ‘Innocent Question’. Let us know what is the whole matter.

Directed by Santosh Upadhyay, ‘Innocent Question’ is releasing on August 5. Now just a day before this, the film has been embroiled in controversies regarding its poster. Actually, in the poster of the film, sanitary pads and Lord Krishna are shown together. On which the Sant Samaj has lodged its objection. After which the director of the film Santosh Upadhyay issued a statement saying that “Sometimes we have a very different perspective of looking at things. Misunderstandings arise only because of the perspective. The story of the film is based on periods, so it is necessary to show the pad.” The film’s poster has a pad and also Shri Krishna.”
On the other hand the film’s actress Ekavala Khanna said that “I am not aware of any such controversy. All I can say is that the filmmakers had no intention of doing so. They do not want to hurt anyone’s sentiments. The whole purpose of this was to change the orthodox thinking about periods. There is no place for superstition in the society. In such a situation, it is wrong to impose forced practices on women.
