Akshay Kumar had come to Indore for the promotion of his film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ which is going to hit the theaters from August 11. The film Laal Singh Chaddha starring Aamir Khan is also hitting the big screen on the same date.
To a question, without naming Aamir Khan’s film, he said that he does not feel any competition between the two films and sincerely wants both the films to do well at the ticket window so that the film industry can benefit. Asked about the trend of boycotting the film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ hashtag being prevalent on social media, Akshay Kumar said that he does not know anything about it. However, he said, ‘If educated people like you start paying attention to these things, then everything will be boycotted in our country. All I would say is just use your brain and do what you like.
