‘The Kashmir Files’ sets world record, first film to be released on OTT in Indian sign language

‘The Kashmir Files’ is now set to premiere on May 13 on OTT platform Zee5 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. Significantly, the film is also being premiered on OTT in Indian Sign Language. This initiative has been started by Zee5. Zee5 recently held a special screening of the Indian Sign Language film ‘The Kashmir Files’ in Mumbai. The screening was attended by 500 spectators who had little or no hearing. The film’s director Vivek Agnihotri, his wife-turned-actor Pallavi Joshi and actor Darshan Kumar also attended the special screening. At the same time, G5 has made a world record along with the International Book of Records. Zee5 has become the first OTT platform to release a Bollywood commercial film with Indian Sign Language.
