UPI Payment: An important update for digital payers. The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) said that it has set up a 24×7 helpline for information related to digital payment products and services Digi Saathi. This payment system has been introduced by operators and banks and non-banking financial institutions. The helpline known as Digi Partner to access information related to digital payments and services will be available to all on WhatsApp. Here’s how to use it.
Whatsapp chatbot feature
In a statement, NPCI said Digisathi will help users with all their queries regarding digital payments through the chatbot facility on WhatsApp by sending a message to +91 892 891 3333. It has also been said that this feature will soon be available on other social networks as well.

Digiathi is available to fellow customers via toll-free call through website and chatbot facility at www.digisaathi.info – 14431 & 1800 891 3333 and via message on WhatsApp on +91 892 891 3333. NPCI service will be available soon.
