Petrol and diesel prices stable

New Delhi, 21 June (H.S.). Crude oil is trending near $116 per barrel in the international market. However, the price of petrol and diesel in the domestic market has remained stable for the last one month. At present, the public sector oil marketing companies have not made any change in the price of both the fuels. Petrol in Delhi remained at Rs 96.72 per liter and diesel at Rs 89.62 per liter on Tuesday.

According to the website of Indian Oil, the price of petrol in the country’s financial capital Mumbai is Rs 109.27 per liter and diesel Rs 95.84 per liter. At the same time, the price of petrol in Kolkata is Rs 106.03 per liter, while the price of diesel is Rs 92.76 per liter. Similarly, petrol is getting Rs 102.63 per liter in Chennai and Rs 94.24 per liter of diesel.

Petrol is Rs 96.79 per liter and diesel Rs 89.96 per liter in Noida in other cities of the country. At the same time, the price of petrol in Lucknow is Rs 96.57 per liter, while the price of diesel is Rs 89.76 per liter. Similarly, in Patna, petrol is being sold at Rs 107.24 per liter and diesel at Rs 94.04 per liter, while in Port Blair petrol is Rs 84.10 and diesel is Rs 79.74 per litre.

It is noteworthy that the trend of fluctuations in the price of crude oil in the international market continues. On the second trading day of the week, Brent crude is trading at $ 115.44 per barrel, while WTI crude is trading at $ 112.01 per barrel.
