New Delhi: JDU on Friday hit back at Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal and questioned his commitment towards the Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes and Easterners. JDU working president Sanjay Jha, in a letter to Kejriwal, said that every member of the NDA family, including his party, is moving rapidly towards ‘developed India’ by taking along every section of the society, but the progress of the country and the happiness of the people is not being liked by ‘one section’.

JDU wrote these things in the letter

He told the former Chief Minister of Delhi that I urge you to leave your prejudice towards the progress of the country and think positively. The Constitution of this country is very strong. Jha has written this letter to Kejriwal in response to his letter in which he had requested Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to think deeply about the comment of Union Home Minister Amit Shah about Constitution maker Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.

Kejriwal had said these things

Kejriwal, while sharing the letter on ‘X’, had said that people feel that those who love Ambedkar cannot support the BJP which ‘insulted’ the architect of the Constitution of India. He had asked Kumar to seriously consider this. In response, Jha targeted Kejriwal and said that he was ‘pained’ that Amit Shah had exposed ‘India’ alliance leader Rahul Gandhi, his party and his family in the Upper House.

He said that while the Congress repeatedly insulted Baba Saheb, JD (U) president Nitish Kumar followed his ideals. Jha said, “What Nitish Kumar did for the Dalits and backward classes in Bihar by following the footsteps of Baba Saheb, you and your alliance leader Rahul Gandhi cannot even imagine doing that.
