- Ghee : It reduces dryness of skin and hair and helps in hormonal balance. Daily with food. As Suvarnaprashan- 2 drops daily in the morning.
- Coconut: The best fat for thyroid function. Can be consumed as a cooking oil, as a fruit for breakfast or as coconut water.
