Jaunpur: A new twist has emerged in the engineer Atul Subhash suicide case. After a case was filed against Nikita and her family in Bengaluru, the arrest of the accused is in danger. Bengaluru police are reaching Jaunpur for investigation. Meanwhile, late at night, Nikita’s accused mother and brother have fled from home. Anurag Singhania and Nisha Singhania have fled fearing arrest.

According to the information, Nikita’s mother and brother lived in a house located in Khoa Mandi of Nagar Kotwali in Jaunpur. The house is locked. Anurag Singhania and Nisha Singhania were caught on camera after locking the house. A video of them fleeing on a bike at night has also surfaced.
FIR against Nikita and her family in Bengaluru
At the same time, the family of engineer Atul Subhash has lodged an FIR against Nikita in Bengaluru for inciting suicide. Atul Subhash’s brother Vikas has filed a case against Nikita’s mother and brother as well as her uncle Sushil Kumar. On Wednesday evening, Nikita’s uncle Sushil Singhania came on camera andclarifiedn. He said that all the allegations are baseless. Sushil Singhania said that his family has an answer to every allegation of Atul Subhash. Since Nikita is still out, he will not say much. Nikita will answer every allegation.

He held five people responsible for his death. The first name among them is of the lady judge of the family court of Jaunpur. After this, the names of Nikita, Nikita’s mother Nisha, brother Anurag Singhani,a and Nisha’s uncle Sushil Kumar are included. Atul Subhash alleges that the judge of the family court supports his wife and her family in harassing him. During court meditation, he had asked for money in exchange for settling the case. The court clerks also used to take money and fix such dates that would trouble him.
Atul Subhash said that he hopes that at least after suicide, his family will get justice. In his last video, Atul said that if even after his death, no action is taken against the judge and the corrupt employees of the court, then his ashes should be thrown into the gutter outside the court.
