New videos surfaced from Sambhal, mosque monitored by drones; police keeping an eye on every movement

Many videos have surfaced during the violence in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, now videos of Shahi Jama Masjid being monitored by drones have surfaced. In these videos, some people standing in the mosque and their movements have also been captured. It can be seen in the video that with the help of drones, the police were monitoring the activities of the people present in the mosque and the people standing on the roof of the mosque.

Apart from this, police patrolling is also visible in the video, in which policemen are patrolling the area in a group. During the violence, some people were seen standing on the roof of the mosque, whose activities were tracked by the police with a drone. Police officials say that in view of the situation of violence, security arrangements were tightened and suspicious activities were being monitored with the help of drones.

 

More than 100 stone pelters were identified, and 27 were arrested.

Let us tell you that after the violence in Sambhal on Sunday, police have intensified their investigation. Police have identified more than 100 stone pelters with the help of mobile, CCTV, and drone cameras. So far 27 accused have been arrested, including some minor youths. Three women have also been arrested in Sambhal for pelting stones at the police force and spreading violence. Police have registered several FIRs in this case so far. One of these FIRs includes the name of Sambhal MP Ziaur Rahman Warq and MLA Iqbal Mahmood’s son Suhail Iqbal.

Apart from this, separate FIRs have been registered on the complaint of the families of the four youths killed in the Sambhal violence. In this regard, the police have registered another FIR, in which the entire violence has been described. Among the arrested accused, there are three who had green lotion applied above and below their eyes. On interrogation, the accused said that this lotion was applied to protect against tear gas because applying it reduces the effect of tear gas. The police are now raiding various places to arrest the remaining accus so that peace can be maintained.
