Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has issued a warning about North Korea’s involvement in the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. He said that North Korean troops have not yet participated in the war. He said that it is a matter of days, not months before they go to war. Zelensky also questioned China’s silence on this issue. He also highlighted that China’s silence as a regional security guarantor is shocking. Zelensky has also shared a post on the social media site regarding this.

Zelensky said – North Korean soldiers are preparing to fight.

Zelensky shared a post on Twitter, writing, “I gave an interview to South Korea’s KBS, emphasizing North Korea’s official role in this war. It’s not just about weapons or workers working in Russian factories. North Korean soldiers are preparing to fight Ukraine in our occupied region of Kursk. That is, a war of two countries against one.” Zelensky strongly condemned Russia for its decision to involve Korean soldiers in the ongoing war against Ukraine. He stressed that Russia has openly partnered with North Korea and purchased about 3.5 million cannons.

Zelensky condemned Russia

Zelensky further said that it has been more than two years of this war and soon we will complete 1 thousand days of Russia’s brutal aggression against Ukraine, our people, our cities, and our way of life. It is no surprise that as the war progresses, Russia is trying to escalate it in new ways. One of these ways is the involvement of the North Korean army. Russia has started openly partnering with North Korea. It has even started boasting about this alliance. They have bought millions of artillery, about 3.5 million artillery pieces, from North Korea.
