Eating too much on festivals and eating too much-fried food can cause stomach and digestion problems. What is heartburn?
Heartburn means feeling a burning sensation in the chest. This happens when the amount of acid in the stomach increases and the acid refluxes and reaches the food pipe. This causes the problem of heartburn. This causes burning in the chest and in the upper part of the stomach. Sometimes you also feel heaviness in the chest. Sometimes you also find it difficult to do your routine work.
What to do if you have heartburn?
Cold milk- If you have a problem with heartburn or excessive acid formation, you can drink cold milk. This can reduce the problem of heartburn. You can add honey to the milk for sweetness. Keep in mind that do not drink more than 1 cup of milk at a time. It will be beneficial to drink milk by diluting it with a little water. This will provide relief immediately.
Fennel- Fennel has a cooling effect and has the properties of a natural mouth freshener. If you are having a problem with heartburn, then definitely eat fennel after eating. This can reduce the burning sensation in the chest. You can drink fennel water or fennel tea or mix fennel in cold milk.
Ginger- Eat ginger in case of heartburn. Ginger has anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-oxidant properties which reduce heartburn. In case of heartburn, put some ginger in your mouth and chew it. You can also consume ginger by boiling it in water. Eating ginger will not cause problems of gas, acidity, and flatulence.
Banana- If you don’t understand anything, then eat a banana. This will give you relief from heartburn. If you have heartburn, stomach burning, bloating, or gas problems, eat bananas. Eating bananas will give immediate relief. The natural antacid is found in bananas which reduces heartburn.
