Later somehow his friend got hold of his video. The man says that his friend got this video by deceit. Later his friend threatened to make the video viral and started demanding money from him. The man even gave money several times, but later on, even after refusing, he started threatening. After this, the man approached the police. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case.

Shahjahanpur police of UP has registered a case against a person for blackmailing his friend through the video of his Suhagrat. Giving information about the case, the police said that the accused has been identified as Shivam Mishra. According to the police, the victim made a video of his Suhagrat in February last year at the behest of the accused Shivam Mishra. Additional Superintendent of Police (city) Sanjay Kumar said, “Later Shivam fraudulently obtained the video and started blackmailing the victim and demanding money.”

Additional Superintendent of Police (City) Sanjay Kumar said, “Shivam Mishra extorted money from his friend several times. Later, when he did not give the money, he threatened the victim to make the video of his Suhagraat viral by posting it on social media.” Additional Superintendent of Police said that the victim got fed up due to repeated blackmailing and he has complained about the matter to the police. After the victim’s complaint, the police registered a case against the accused Shivam Mishra under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. Apart from this, he said that other relevant sections can also be added to the case based on the victim’s statement and evidence.
