The United Nations Peacekeeping Force (UNIFIL) said that two peacekeepers were injured in several explosions at its headquarters on Friday morning. UNIFIL said that the explosion took place near a tower of its headquarters located in the city of Naqoura in southern Lebanon. According to UNIFIL, one of the injured peacekeepers was admitted to a hospital in the nearby city of Tyre, while the other was treated at the spot itself. However, the cause of the explosion was not mentioned.
