Another brutal incident
Let us tell you that this horrific incident happened at a time when there has been a rise in cases of sexual assaults on women in the Big Apple. In May this year, the police arrested a man in connection with a brutal sexual assault in which a man wrapped a belt around a woman’s neck, dragged her behind a car and raped her. Police arrested the suspect, 39-year-old Kashan Parks, on May 14. The incident took place on May 1 near East 152nd Street and 3rd Avenue.
