Does a heart attack happen?

A heart attack is a very life-threatening condition. A person can even die in this condition. When there is a blockage in the veins of the heart or in the veins or arteries that supply blood to the heart, then there is a lack of oxygen in the heart. Due to this, the heart is unable to pump blood and then a heart attack occurs.

Common symptoms of a heart attack:

  • Pain, pressure, and heaviness in the chest
  • feeling very restless
  • panic button
  • Persistent sweating
  • Gastric Symptoms
  • Vomiting or feeling like vomiting

These signs start appearing in the body before a heart attack: pain

Before a heart attack, many such signs start appearing in the body, which can help to find out whether the heart is healthy or not. If you feel tired, feel heaviness in the chest, and feel breathless while walking or doing little work, then you should go to the doctor without delay. If there is pain in the left hand and this pain reaches the neck, then this situation can also be dangerous. At the same time, if there are symptoms of gastric symptoms in the stomach like vomiting or feeling like vomiting repeatedly, then you should also be careful. All these symptoms can be seen in the patient many months before the attack. So, if you or anyone around you see such symptoms, then immediately go to your cardiologist or your health facility.

How to avoid a heart attack?

To avoid a heart attack, you must first change your lifestyle. Avoid eating things that contain excess oil and triglycerides. These stick to the arteries and cause heart attacks. Also, to keep your heart healthy, walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes daily.
