India’s young star cricketer Mushir Khan has been injured in a road accident. Mushir Khan was a victim of a road accident near Lucknow yesterday evening, i.e. on 27 September. Mushir Khan was travelling in a Fortuner car from Azamgarh to Lucknow to participate in the Irani Cup. It is being told that his father Naushad Khan and others were also travelling in the car.
Musheer’s brother Sarfaraz is a part of Team India and he was also going to Lucknow from Kanpur to participate in the Irani Cup. Musheer had performed brilliantly in the Duleep Trophy a few days ago. Musheer is currently admitted in a hospital in Lucknow. The young batsman has suffered a neck injury due to which he may have to stay away from the field for about three months. Now it remains to be seen when he is able to return to the field.
In December 2022, Rishabh Pant had a dangerous road accident while going from Delhi to Roorkee. Pant had to spend a long time in the hospital and had to undergo several surgeries. After staying away from the field for about a year and a half, Pant made a comeback in IPL 2024 and then won the T20 World Cup title.
In 2018, Mohammed Shami was injured in a car accident while going from Dehradun to New Delhi. He suffered minor head injuries and got some stitches above his right eye. This accident happened at a time when fast bowler Mohammed Shami was having a dispute with his wife Hasin Jahan. After this accident, Shami was successful in returning to the field.

Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi lost his right eye in a car accident at the age of 20. However, he continued to play cricket with one eye and also captained India at the international level. He played 46 Test matches, scoring 2793 runs at an average of 34.91.
