There was an encounter between Noida police and a criminal on Sunday. Police conducted a search operation near the GIP Cut Expressway in the Sector 39 police station area of ​​Noida. Police searched for a wanted and rewarded criminal under the Gangster Act.

During the police search operation, the criminal was seen coming from Delhi on a white scooter. The police signaled him to stop. He did not stop and started running fast towards Greater Noida on the expressway.

When the police team chased him, the scooter rider turned and entered the Botanical Garden Green Belt. In a hurry, the scooty slipped and the scooty fell there. The scoundrel fired at the police team to kill them.

In the retaliatory action taken by the police team, the miscreant was shot in the leg and injured. The injured miscreant has been identified as 39-year-old Ajay. He is a resident of Panch Kila Uttarakhand, Part Second Nathu Pura, Burari Delhi. 

The crook has a bounty of 25 thousand.

The criminal Ajay is wanted under Section 2/3 Gangster Act 426/24 of Sector-39 police station. A reward of Rs 25,000 has been announced for him. The accused and his gang members commit thefts in houses. 

Illegal pistols and live cartridges recovered

An illegal pistol and live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the accused. A white-coloured scooty involved in the incident which was stolen from Delhi has also been recovered. The injured accused has been sent to the hospital for treatment.
