The Supreme Court should immediately take cognizance of this serious administrative crime before these evidences are destroyed. Akhilesh Yadav is continuously accusing the UP government and STF regarding the Mangesh Yadav case that Mangesh Yadav was shot in a fake manner.
SP delegation reached Mangesh Yadav’s house
Let us tell you that on 6 September, a delegation of the Samajwadi Party reached the house of Mangesh Yadav in Jaunpur. This delegation was led by Lal Bihari Yadav, who is the Leader of Opposition in the UP Legislative Council. During this, Lal Bihari Yadav consoled the family of Mangesh Yadav. It is worth noting that on 28 August, crores of rupees were looted in broad daylight at Bharat Ji Sarafa in Thatheri Bazaar of Sultanpur city. The criminal Mangesh Yadav of Jaunpur involved in this robbery was killed in an encounter by the STF on Thursday morning.

Three miscreants Sachin Singh, Govind Singh, and Tribhuvan alias Lala were arrested by the police after the encounter. The gang leader Vipin Singh surrendered in the gangster case in Raebareli court. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has raised questions on this encounter. Now it is being said that Magesh Yadav was killed because of his caste. The other accused were shot in the legs in a pretentious manner. It is worth noting that CM Yogi Adityanath has said on many platforms that those who harass daughters and businessmen in the state will not be spared.
