health department of UP, the Yogi government has issued orders for the dismissal of 26 doctors. This major action has been taken against doctors due to negligence towards duties and continuous absence from duty. Information was received that the dismissed doctors were continuously absent from duty. UP Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak said those who are negligent will not be spared. Strict action will be taken against everyone. The Deputy CM said that providing high-class health services to the general public is the priority of the government.
These doctors were reprimanded
The doctors who have been dismissed include those from Jalaun, Bareilly, Mainpuri, Siddharthnagar, Lalitpur, and Ballia. Along with them, doctors from Basti, Rae Bareilly, Mathura, Firozabad, Bahraich, Saharanpur, and Shahjahanpur have also been dismissed. Along with the dismissal of the doctors, an explanation has been sought from Dr Neena Verma, posted as Joint Director in the Directorate General of Health. Also, two increments of three doctors have been stopped for two years and one has been given a censure entry.
