Uttar Pradesh: Former Chief Minister and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has expressed displeasure over the statement of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He said that the job of responsible people is to protect them from fear, not to spread fear. CM Yogi had said that to learn a lesson from Bangladesh, we have to stay united, not divided. If we divide, we will be cut and if we stay united, we will be safe.

In his statement, the SP chief wrote on the social media platform X, “The job of responsible people is to protect from fear, not to spread fear. If these are someone’s personal views then they are wrong, and if they are of his party then they are even more wrong. In this atmosphere of fear created by the BJP rule, has the double engine gone and hidden somewhere?”

What was Yogi Adityanath’s statement?

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled the statue of Rashtraveer Durgadas Rathore in Agra on Monday. After this, he addressed the public meeting organized at the Taj Mahal Metro Station. During this, CM Yogi said, “Nothing can be greater than the nation. The nation will be strong only when we all are united. If we are divided, we will be cut. You have seen in Bangladesh, that those mistakes should not happen here. We will remain united, will remain noble, will remain safe, and will reach the pinnacle of prosperity.”

He greeted the people present while paying his respects to Rashtraveer Durgadas Rathore. He said, “It seems that this statue was waiting for me for 10 years. I was blessed by him. I got the opportunity to come here when Krishna Kanhaiya was being born. We are joining the program of unveiling the grand statue of Rashtraveer Durgadas Rathore in Agra.”
