Moscow: In Russia, President Vladimir Putin’s trusted aide Dmitry Medvedev has predicted that the Ukraine war could last for decades. He said it was not possible to negotiate a ceasefire with Ukraine as long as Western-backed President Volodymyr Zelensky was in power.

Growing threat of nuclear war

Medvedev also accused the West of underestimating the danger of nuclear war. He said that they failed to understand the seriousness of the situation. Medvedev’s importance in Russia can be understood from the fact that during his 24 years in power, Putin expressed confidence in him and replaced him as President. Putin did this to obey the constitutional order.

Russia-Ukraine War can last for decades

Medvedev is currently the deputy head of Russia’s powerful Security Council, which is chaired by President Putin. Medvedev has made it clear that the worst war in Europe since World War II is not going to end anytime soon. This war, which continues from February 2022, can go on for several decades. The biggest reason for this is the large-scale supply of weapons to Ukraine by Western countries, including the United States.

In a conversation with the Russian news agency, Medvedev said that war has been going on in Ukraine for a long time, this is the current reality. This is because the government sitting in Kiev is not ready for any kind of agreement. She is doing such things which are impossible.

Medvedev joked to Zelensky Said

He rejected talks with Zelensky, calling him a buffoon. Medvedev said that every problem can be resolved through dialogue, but as long as this person (Zelensky) is in power, there can be no dialogue. Medvedev projected a moderate image during his presidency from 2008 to 2012, but has now emerged as a bitter critic of the West.

Russia will not hesitate to launch a nuclear attack

Medvedev clearly said that western countries are not even estimating the danger of nuclear war. If Ukraine tries to acquire nuclear weapons, Russia will not hesitate to launch a nuclear attack on it.
