BJP, Nadda is coming to Bengal in June to surround Mamata

Kolkata: The Bharatiya Janata Party has started preparations to corner Trinamool supremo Mamata Banerjee ahead of the upcoming panchayat elections in West Bengal. Party National President JP Nadda is coming to Bengal in the first week of June. A senior state BJP leader said that apart from Nadda’s public meeting, many other programs are being planned.

BJP state in-charges and central observers Amit Malviya, Sunil Bansal, Mangal Pandey will also be with Nadda. BJP’s central leadership is paying special attention to seats in Bengal including Arambagh, Nadia, Srirampur, Krishnanagar, Malda Dakshin, where the BJP lost by narrow margins. Separate meetings will be held in these areas. Apart from this, a movement strategy is being formulated in every district regarding the law and order situation in the state.
