Gandhinagar: Uproar as 51 officials, including 16 government employees involved in the scam, are handed over to ACB for investigation

Gandhinagar: The government has turned a blind eye to government babus who have disproportionate wealth in the state. The Anti-Corruption Bureau has taken the biggest action in the state so far. An inquiry has been ordered against 51 government employees working in various departments of the state government. Investigations will be initiated against employees of various departments regarding disproportionate assets.

 

Let us tell you that ACB has also registered a case against an official involved in the famous big dummy scam of the state. Investigation will be started against the government officials involved in the huge scam from Bhavnagar. Significantly, a total of 16 officers and employees of various departments involved in the widespread scam will be probed. The government’s order to probe disproportionate assets has created a stir in government circles.

ACB will probe a total of 51 officers-employees, including four Class One officers from Gujarat. Investigation will be initiated against four Class I, 12 Class II and 19 Class III officers-employees. Action will be taken against the employees of Village Home Department, Energy and Petrochemicals, Home Department, Revenue, Panchayat, Agriculture and other departments.
