A case has been filed over two Gujarati songs being played during breaks during IPL matches.

Songs were played in the match infringing the copyrights of both the songs. Even after several notices, Gujarat Titans and DNA Entertainment Network Pvt Ltd have filed a suit in the Commercial Court for not stopping the playing of the song. After the summons of the Court, the defendants appeared in the Court and gave the undertaking. Now the court has been assured that both these Gujarati songs will not be played during the break in the IPL match of Gujarat Titans. “Hello Maro Shoho” and “Mara Palvano”… these two songs IPL Cannot be played in the match as it infringes copyright.
