He said that in this case the police have registered a case against 12 accused including gang leader Kanhaiya Sharma, Sanu, Khushiram Chowkidar City Forest, Sheelu Nishad, Danish, Arvind alias Kamal, Saplu alias Safak, Sajan alias Sumit, Baba Jan, Fazal. A case was registered against Lakhan and Pritam under the IT Act and other sections. The accused were arrested and sent to jail.
The District Magistrate also booked all the accused in the case under the Gangster Act. At the same time, the police seized the assets of the accused under the Gangster Act.
