Arvind Kejriwal’s troubles are not over after being fined in PM Narendra Modi’s degree controversy. Ahmedabad’s Metro Political Court has issued summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. Both are scheduled to appear in court on June 7. Earlier, the court imposed a fine of 25,000 rupees on Kejriwal.
Both the leaders were summoned again
Petitioner’s lawyer Amit Nayak said, ‘On April 15, the court asked both the leaders to appear in court. Today was the date but as there was no further clarification in the summons, the judge ordered that fresh summons be issued to the two leaders along with copies of the complaint. The next date of hearing will be June 7.
