Sydney/New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accorded a traditional welcome at the Kudos Bank Arena in Sydney on Tuesday.
Prime Minister Modi was welcomed with Vedic chants at the Kudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia. The Prime Minister will soon address members of the Indian diaspora at a community event here. Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese was also present with him on this occasion.
Earlier today Prime Minister Narendra Modi met many dignitaries of Australia in various meetings held in Sydney. To promote cultural and people-to-people ties, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with leading personalities of Australia working in various fields. Congratulated them on their achievements and encouraged them to contribute to strengthening India-Australia relations.

Schmidt, Nobel Laureate in Physics and Vice-Chancellor and President of the Australian National University, Canberra, Mark Balla, business expert and accomplished public speaker on humanitarian issues, Aboriginal artist Daniel Matt Sullivan, international chef, Aboriginal artist, Dr. Restaurateur, TV host, speaker and entrepreneur Sarah Todd, Professor Toby Walsh, Chief Scientist and Professor at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, sociologist, researcher and author and Associate Professor Salvatore Babones, Australian lead singer Theodore Sebastian.
The Prime Minister congratulated them on their achievements and encouraged them to contribute to strengthening India-Australia relations.
