Alwar: A woman employee of the city’s Rajiv Gandhi General Hospital has accused the hospital’s nursing worker Praveen Jain and chief medical officer Sunil Chaudhary of harassment and using obscenity and racist language. After this information, there was an uproar in the hospital. All employees discussed this news throughout the day. In this case, the victim has filed a complaint at the Mahila Police Station. Mahila Police Station has registered an FIR and started investigation.

Station Officer Chauthamal said that a woman has accused the nursing worker of slapping the PMO for being late on duty, using racist words and flirting with obscenities. His report has been registered. Deputy Superintendent of Police will investigate the matter.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sunil Chauhan said that women do not come to duty on time in the hospital and are arbitrary. In such a situation, the hospital staff and officials gave a notice to remove the female employee from the job. Later we also got information through social media that the woman has lodged a report. We have formed a Women’s Harassment Committee in the hospital. The committee will investigate within 48 hours and bring out whatever the facts are. The way the allegations are being made, it is clear that they are trying to save jobs and are running out of time. How will the hospital work if this kind of act takes place. The employee has to work.

Notably, a female employee of the hospital alleged that she was mistreated for coming late. I was given a removal notice for no fault of mine. I was molested by the nursing staff using sexist words. While the PMO was the same. I was accused of wrongdoing. The nursing worker had forced me to do the wrong thing before, but I didn’t listen. Because of which he was troubled.
