UP: Five killed in truck-car collision in Deoria

Devaria: A truck collided with a car in Bhatparrani police station area of ​​Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh on Monday. In this accident, five people traveling in the car died and two people were injured. While his condition is serious, he has been admitted to the medical college for treatment.

An accident took place between a truck and a car near Phulvaria Charrasta in Bhatpar Rani Police Station area. Arshad (30), a resident of Lala Toli Rudrapur near Kadir tehsil, Vimala Devi (50), wife of Mr. Prakash, Trishula (40), wife of Anand, Geeta (45) and Krishna Kumar, wife of Chandra Prakash. The two and a half year old daughter Siddhi of the occupants of the car was killed in the accident. Krishna Kumar and his wife Anjana alias Ruby are in critical condition. Both have been referred to medical college from PHC as their condition is critical.

Confirming this, Superintendent of Police Sankalp Sharma said that the deceased included all the family members. These people were going to Mairwa in Bihar by car to attend the mundan rite at a relative’s place. The dead body has been sent for post-mortem and the family of the deceased has been informed about the incident.
