Lucknow, May 21 (Hindustan Times). The first batch of Haj pilgrims will depart on Sunday from the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, Minister of State for Minority Welfare of Uttar Pradesh Government, Danish Azad Ansari flagged off the bus from Haj House.

Union Minister Kaushal Kishore and Maulana Khalid Rasheed Firangi Mahali and Haj Committee Chairman Mohsin Raza and others were present on the occasion.

Minister of State for Minority Welfare Danish Azad Ansari gave detailed information about the facilities provided to Haj pilgrims by the Modi-Yogi government during the Haj pilgrimage. He requested the pilgrims to pray for the progress and prosperity of the state and the country. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath read out the greetings sent to the pilgrims.
