Sihore, May 20 (Hindustan Times). A three-day Devi Lok Mahotsav will be celebrated from May 29 to May 31 at Devidham Salkanpur. During this time many cultural and religious programs and various competitions will be organized in Salkanpur. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will participate in the main program of Devlok Mahotsav on May 31 and lay the foundation stone of Devlok. More than one lakh citizens will attend the ceremony.
In view of Chief Minister Chauhan’s programme, Collector Praveen Singh and SP Mayank Awasthi inspected the venue of the main function in Sulkanpur on Saturday. Meanwhile, he discussed with the officials about all necessary arrangements at the site and gave necessary guidelines. He said that to make the program a success, all the officers should perform their assigned responsibilities better.
Collector Singh instructed the concerned officials to ensure ahead of time all necessary arrangements including seating, arrival, exit, barricading, drinking water, electricity, toilets of citizens at the main work place. Meanwhile, SP Awasthi instructed the police officials for traffic, parking and other related arrangements at the main venue. Meanwhile, ASP Geetesh Garg, SDM Radheshyam Baghel, District CEO Devesh Sarathe, Deputy Tehsildar Jaipal Uike and concerned officers were present.

He guided the officials regarding the organization of competitions, registration of participants, distribution of prizes and other arrangements.
