Gwalior, May 20 (Hindustan Times). In order to have a direct relationship with nature, we have to do labor ourselves, that labor can be from watering plants to maintaining cleanliness around trees and plants. In this way, we will have a direct connection with nature and cleanliness and we can inspire others to do the same. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Harsh Singh expressed this intention while conducting Shramdan with common citizens under Shramdan Se Swachhata program at Trimbakeshwar Mahadev Mandir Park, Basant Vihar C Block, Swanirbhar Ward 58 on Saturday.

On this occasion, all the citizens donated labor to clean the park and the leaves collected after cleaning were placed in the nadef tank made in the park, in which organic compost will be made. Along with this, bowls were hung on trees in the park to feed the birds.

Corporation Commissioner Harsh Singh called upon all citizens to take an oath of cleanliness that cleanliness is not the work of just one person or organization, but the work of every individual and organization. For this we all have to come forward with awareness and proactivity. On this occasion, Pradesh Councilor Aparna Patil said that our ward is the best and self-sufficient ward, we will fully cooperate with the Municipal Corporation to make it an ideal ward of the city and ensure the participation of common citizens for cleanliness in all areas under the Swachhta Survey 2023.
