China opposes G-20 meeting calling Kashmir a disputed territory, India gives jaw-dropping response

[ad_1]

All preparations are being finalized for the meeting to be held in Kashmir next week. However, the neighboring country China has opposed this meeting. About 60 delegates from G20 countries are expected to participate in the meeting to be held in Srinagar. China considers Kashmir a disputed territory.

India is very excited about this meeting

China has strongly opposed the meeting, while Turkey and Saudi Arabia are yet to register for the meeting in Srinagar. It is no secret that China is a close friend of Pakistan on the global stage. In such a situation, this statement of China is not surprising. India will host the 3rd G-20 Tourism Working Group meeting in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir from May 22 to 24. India is very excited about this meeting. Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Wednesday said that the G-20 meeting in Srinagar is a great opportunity for Jammu and Kashmir to show its true potential. Singh further said that such an international event in Srinagar will send a positive message to the country and the world.

India has rejected the statements of China and Pakistan

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin told a press conference here that China strongly opposes holding any kind of G-20 meeting in the disputed region. We will not participate in such meetings. Even before this, Pakistan and China have made derogatory comments about the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. India has already rejected China and Pakistan’s statements on Jammu and Kashmir. Unprecedented security arrangements have been made for this meeting to be held in Srinagar.
