A recovery warrant has been issued against the director of Renault Car Company and a dealer in Moradabad

Moradabad: The Consumer Court of Moradabad has issued a recovery warrant against the director and dealer of Renault Car Company. Earlier, the court ruled in favor of the customer and ordered payment of the cost of the car along with interest, but the company did not complete it.

The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission II on Thursday issued a recovery warrant against the director of Renault Car Company and its dealer in Moradabad, saying that the customer Deep Arora had bought the car in the past. Despite the defect, the company neither repaired the car nor refunded the customer’s money. The customer then filed a claim with the commission. In which the company was ordered to pay the price of the car along with interest on 11 May 2022, but till date the company has not complied with the order of the consumer court. The court has issued a recovery warrant for non-compliance.
