Lemon

half tsp turmeric

1 tsp gram flour

Method for making Kakarkaya Chips:
✦ To make these chips, first of all kakrakaya has to be cut in round shape.
✦ Take a small bowl and put the cucumber pieces in it.
✦ Then add 1 tsp salt, lemon juice and all purpose flour and mix it well.
✦ Keep these pieces aside for half an hour.
✦ Then heat some oil in a pan.
✦ Then put the kakarkaya pieces in it and deep fry till it becomes golden from both the sides.
