How to book ticket under pay letter system…
You have to login to IRCTC portal. Travel details have to be given there. After that choose the option of book ticket. While visiting the payment page, select the Pay Later option. There you have to select Paytm Post Paid and book the ticket. As soon as the Paytm details are given there, the ticket gets booked.
According to Paytm sources, interest will be charged if the money is to be returned within a month. Overall, they are making it possible to travel by train without paying a penny. Let us first see whether the railway department comes forward with more facilities or not.
