The Parliament of Portugal has given legal recognition to euthanasia. People over the age of 18 can apply for assisted dying here. But they have to fulfill some important terms and conditions. According to a Guardian report, after a long-standing battle over euthanasia in Portugal, the country’s parliament has now legalized euthanasia.

 

What are the terms and conditions required for euthanasia in Portugal?
Not everyone can misuse the legal recognition of euthanasia. Those who are suffering from intolerable pain or suffering are the only ones eligible for euthanasia. or is suffering from a disease which is incurable.
