Yogi government trying to save villages from Corona virus

Lucknow: To stop  the havoc of Corona, CM Yogi Adityanath has thrown the entire government machinery. Their biggest concern is to protect the countryside from the epidemic because once the corona has engulfed the villages, then the matter may be out of control. The Chief Minister himself is on a state visit. They are visiting different districts and inspecting hospitals there. Going to Kovid Center and watching the arrangements. Kovids living in home isolation are visiting patients in villages. On Sunday, he will visit Ghaziabad, Noida and Meerut.

Elections to be held in the state after 8 months
Assembly elections are to be held in UP after eight months. In the second wave of Corona, people had to face a lot of problems ranging from oxygen to beds in the hospital. CM Yogi Adityanath himself became Corona positive. Since being negative, they have been involved in repairing the government machinery. In this episode, Yogi has posted Nodal Officers in all the districts, taking a big decision today. These officers will remain in their respective districts for a week. After taking the full report there, they will send it to the CM office.

Duty has been imposed in 75 districts of 59 senior IAS officers of UP. These include officers from the rank of Additional Chief Secretary to the rank of Secretary. Some officers have been given the responsibility of three districts simultaneously. All these have been ordered to handle the work in their respective districts. IAS officers who have been made nodal officers will see arrangements to deal with the corona in their respective areas. He will take care of six main things.

    • How is the surveillance work done in rural and urban areas? Whether the medical team is reaching the homes or not. The monitoring committee will conduct door to door screening. Antigen test will be done if symptoms of Kovid are found. They will be isolated when the report is positive. Arrangements will be made to take him to the hospital if his health worsens.
    • How is the system of giving middle kits to the needy people.
    • More money is not being taken from the patients being treated in the hospital. The government has fixed the rate of beds from ICU to oxygen. Allegations of arbitrary money are being levied against hospitals from many places.
    • Nodal officers will also be responsible for constantly monitoring sanitation in rural and urban areas.
    • If there is news of people getting sick from any area continuously, then the Rapid Response Team will be sent there without delay.
    • Nodal officers will also be responsible for monitoring the functioning of the post covid center in the districts.
