Vastu Shastra: While buying or building a house, it is not wise to focus only on its beauty and attractiveness, but Vastu defects should also be kept in mind. If you are going to buy a flat or a house in an apartment, then it is important to take care of the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and not only this, where the windows of the room and the balcony are and what they are like.
Vastu defect
Along with happiness, joy and health, it is necessary to have mental peace in any house. All this is possible only when the apartments and the flats built there are Vaastu compliant. If this does not happen, the people living in those flats suffer from some problems. Any person buys or builds a flat only for his own happiness, hence there should not be any kind of Vaastu defect there.
Keep these things in mind:
- The drainage of dirty water in the apartment should be underground and should not be visible anywhere.
- The balcony in the flat should be in the north or east direction.
- It is better to make the windows for ventilation in the flat in the north or east direction.
- All the corners of the apartment must be at right angles otherwise there will be angled holes which is not good from Vastu point of view.
- The toilet and bathroom of any flat should be in the south-west or south-west.
- In any flat, Ishaan i.e. north-east direction is the direction of God, hence it is best to make a place of worship in this direction.
- The kitchen in the flat should be made in such a way that while cooking, the door should not be towards the cook’s back, otherwise there is a problem of pain in the waist and shoulders.
- The sink for washing utensils should also not be in the south direction, otherwise unwanted expenses keep happening in the house due to which many times the person gets worried. Expenses increase so much that there is no end to them.
- It is best to cook food in the kitchen facing east as there is no Vaastu defect in it.
