In order to promote film production and film industry in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed to set up Film City, processing units in Lucknow and cinema halls of 100 audience capacity. The Chief Minister said that there are immense possibilities in the field of film production in Uttar Pradesh. In view of this, a large number of film producers and directors are turning to Uttar Pradesh. Subsidy is being given to promote film production in the state and now action will be taken in connection with the establishment of processing units and film city in the state.
Chief Minister said U.P. Also reviewed the film Policy-2018. He said that suitable land should be tested in connection with the establishment of Film City. Necessary modifications should be made keeping in view the constraints / problems in the path of film production. This will create employment opportunities and encourage capital investment.
Cinemas with 100 spectators will be ready The
Chief Minister has instructed that U.P. Under Film Policy-2018, action should be taken to establish processing units in Lucknow to promote film production and film industry. The possibility of constructing a cinema hall of 100 audience capacity in rural areas should also be considered.
All the films are shot in
UP, Lucknow and Banaras of Uttar Pradesh are already the choice of filmmakers. The government has already made an easy policy for shooting films. Innumerable films like the recently released Amitabh Bachchan’s Gulabo Sitabo, Ayushmann Khurrana’s Bala and Dreamgirl, Karthik Aryan’s ‘Pati, Patni Aur Woh’, Ajay Devgn’s Raid are stories from Uttar Pradesh itself and are shot here .
