‘On-the-spot’ grievance redressal of a labourer by CM Yogi during Janta Darshan
FIR was lodged immediately against 3 persons under section 302 of IPC
As many as 100 greivances were personally redressed by the Chief Minister on August 7

It was ‘on-the-spot’ redressal of a grievance of labourer when the complainant met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at Janata Darshan on Saturday and shared his ordeal and sought his intervention.
On the insistence of the CM , an FIR was lodged immediately against 3 persons under section 302 of IPC.
Sunder Lal from village Chaupariya of Naimisharnya Tehsil in Sitapur was one of 100 odd persons who appeared before the Chief Minister at his Janta Darshan asking for redressal of their respective problems.
The UP government ordered probe into the entire episode after the complainant gave his application to the Chief Minister. CM Yogi Adityanath took no time and immediately asked the Supritendent of Police, Sitapur to investigate and take action against the three accused of planning the murder of a man.
The accusant Sunder Lal lodged a complaint with CM Yogi Adityanath in which he mentioned that his brother was murdered by a three people on July 4. “We took the matter to the police but the police did not write any report on the matter” the complainant wrote in the letter.
He further added that the family was continuously receiving life threats from the accused people to withdraw the complaints.
Maintenance of Law and Order and Justice to the people is the top priority of the Yogi Government. Focusing on the same, as many as 100 greivances were personally redressed by the Chief Minister on August 7.
At the meetings, the chief minister personally listens to the grievances of people from different parts of the state. All Covid safety protocols such as social distancing and wearing face masks were followed.
