New Delhi: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has left for Moscow, Russia on a 3-day visit. During his visit to Russia, he will hold talks to deepen the Indo-Russian defense and strategic partnership. Rajnath Singh will participate in the 75th Victory Day Parade of World War II. A Chinese delegation will also be involved in this program, although Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will not have any talks with any Chinese delegation.
