Fatehpur: uncontrolled truck collides, one woman killed, three injured

Fatehpur : On Tuesday, a high-speed truck hit four people in the district, killing an old woman on the spot. Three people were injured there. After the incident, angry villagers raised road and raised the issue of making road breakers inside the village, demanding compensation. After the incident, the Sub Divisional Magistrate arrived at the information of road jam and somehow opened the jam with the help of the police force by giving assurance to the villagers.
According to the information, Shanti Devi (70) wife Ram Sanehi, Phoolchandra, Rakesh and Babu, resident of Khatauli village on Banda Sagar Marg of Lalauli police station area were talking outside the house, when uncontrolled and high speed trucks were going from Fatehpur Hit out at everyone. The woman Shanti Devi died on the spot due to the collision and all three persons were also injured.
The villagers blocked the road due to the news of the incident and started demanding compensation. On receiving the information about the incident, Sub-Collector Pramod Jha and Lalauli Police Station Sandeep Tiwari reached the spot and assured the villagers to somehow open the traffic and start traffic again. Meanwhile, there was a jam for several kilometers.
Regarding the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar said that one woman has died and three other people have been injured in a road accident in Khatauli village of Lalauli police station area. The police force reached the spot and admitted the injured to the district hospital. The dead body of the deceased is being sent post mortem and other necessary legal action is being taken.
